Job Description

Leads the delivery of large-scale construction and capital development programs from site selection through operational handoff. Responsible for project execution, team leadership, budget and schedule management, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have experience managing mission-critical infrastructure projects in hyperscale, colocation, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead multiple mission-critical construction and development projects from planning through operations handoff.
-Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and risk management.
-Manage cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
-Drive capital planning, cost control, and portfolio-wide delivery performance.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
-Build and develop high-performing project and construction teams.
-Establish scalable processes, governance, and best practices to support growth.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
-10+ years of construction/project management experience, including 5+ years in mission-critical facilities.
-Experience leading large-scale, multi-site capital projects.
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and critical infrastructure.
-Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
-Familiarity with design-build/EPC delivery methods, OSHA regulations, and Uptime Institute standards.
-OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and strong executive-level communication skills.
