Responsibilities:
1. Data Exploration and Collection:
Query and retrieve data from various sources using SQL.
Work with structured and unstructured data, including MongoDB collections.
2. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):
Design and implement ETL pipelines within and outside of data warehouses.
Develop scripts using Python, Unix, or other relevant tools for data loading, extraction, and transformation.
Ensure data quality and consistency.
3. Data Analysis and Modeling:
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
Create predictive models using machine learning techniques.
Optimize data retrieval and develop dashboards, reports, and visual representations.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate data insights effectively to business leaders and stakeholders.
Align data analysis with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and querying.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Knowledge of MongoDB for handling unstructured data.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
