Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for our clients Manhattan office. Join a nationally recognized firm headquartered in Kansas City, leading civil construction, construction materials testing and special inspection services across the Topeka and Manhattan region. This role is ideal for a safety-minded, client-focused professional ready to own the full lifecycle of civil construction projectsfrom proposal to closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction materials testing and special inspection services.
Own project lifecycle: proposals, estimating, safety, execution, and closeout.
Interpret and review construction drawings for compliance with plans/specs.
Coordinate and supervise field investigations, inspections, and reporting.
Prepare and review proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Track project progress, budgets, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients and project teams (technical and non-technical).
Identify future project opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Supervise and mentor field and junior staff.

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, highly preferred
12+ years of construction project management experience
5+ years of general construction or civil construction experience
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
ACI certification and/or experience with testing and inspection.
Familiarity with building enclosures, steel structures, and reading construction plans.
