Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet business requirements.
Expert in developing and maintaining custom Jira plugins and scripts using SIL Programming and Groovy scripting.
Implement and manage Automation for Jira to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes.
Utilize Jira and Confluence REST APIs and webhooks for integrations and automation.
Write SQL queries to query Jira tables in Postgres SQL.
Experience with GitLab.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Maintain documentation for Jira configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
