Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior CRM Administrator, who is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and support of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This role combines deep CRM architecture and configuration expertise with project and process leadership to drive adoption, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable, secure solutions across business units. The position serves as the technical and functional authority for CRM capabilities, integrations, data governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring the CRM ecosystem aligns with business strategy and regulatory requirements. This role is open to contract-to-hire or direct-hire, and they will sit onsite in Kansas City, KS.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, lifecycle management, and enterprise integration patterns
- Hands on experience managing multi-environment CRM deployments (development, testing, and production)
- Configuration and administration experience with enterprise CRM platforms
- Experience integrating CRM platforms using APIs, middleware and iPaaS solutions (examples - Boomi, n8n, Azure Logic, Postman, etc.)
- Strong experience with CRM automation tools, workflow orchestrations, business rules, and process optimization
- Knowledge of CRM data management, migrations, data quality, and master data concepts
- Ability to design and deliver CRM reporting, analytics and executive dashboards (Salesforce Reporting, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of security models, field-level access, auditing, and compliance environments (SOX, GSPR, PI, Okta, Azure AD, Shield, RBAC)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Leading CRM implementation in a Banking or Finance environment
- Relevant CRM or platform certifications
- Proven experience with strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills
