A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Sr System Administrator. This role provides senior level administration, governance, and technical enablement across Microsoft 365, with a primary focus on Power Platform, Copilot, and secure application integrations. Day to day, the administrator manages Entra ID application integrations, Power Platform environments and governance controls, and the lifecycle of internal and third party integrations while partnering with application owners, security, and compliance teams to implement secure authentication and authorization patterns. The role serves as the technical lead for Copilot enablement, supporting AI assisted workflows and business use cases, balancing platform governance with hands on support, escalating complex M365 automation and integration issues, maintaining technical documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve platform maturity, automation, and secure adoption.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of hands on experience administering Microsoft 365 or comparable enterprise collaboration platforms
• Proven experience managing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform in a production environment
• Strong hands on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID application and integration management
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Use of Microsoft Purview for governance and compliance
• Email related Azure or identity adjacent experience is a plus
• Experience supporting a large enterprise environment preferred
