Job Description
Job Summary:
Assemble electrical control panels and wire motors and controls on equipment.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical drawings and instructions.
Troubleshoot systems and other diagnostic tools.
Install and repair Baader machinery and related equipment accurately and on time.
Communicate technical issues clearly to team members and customers.
Lead work activities professionally and without conflict.
Solve moderately complex electrical/mechanical problems.
Complete basic reporting and use software tools such as Outlook and Excel.
Operate precision measuring devices and power tools as needed.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and serve as a subject matter expert on electronic controls.
