Job Description

Experience architecting and developing IVR solutions for call center enablement
- C#/.NET for programming
Experience with building SQL queries
Experience with Platform UI, preferably Cisco
Understanding of telephony practices - how technology is affected by IVR
Experience partnering with customer experience stakeholders and translating between technical and non-technical personnel

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is looking for an IVR Engineer to join a growing financial services partner in the Des Moines Metro area. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the Customer Experience stakeholders and developing solutions for IVR enhancements and solutions to enable the call center team. They will also be expected to understand telephony practices to ensure the best, most user friendly experience. This role will be compensated at a starting hourly rate of $60/HR.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Cisco
Financial Services/Insurance industry experience
