Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a growing Insurance company based in Des Moines, IA to hire a IT Operations and Monitoring Lead. This person will be responsible for helping grow out the monitoring and observability practice at the company. This person will start out as a individual contributor but will help build out a team of 3. They will be for making recommendations for Azure based monitoring, analytics, bridging gaps between infrastructure and production support, and vulnerability management. This person will be compensated at an hourly rate between $50-70/HR.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with tenure in IT Operations
Experience with Azure Monitor
Experience in observability - monitoring entire IT environments
Ability to bridge between infrastructure, production support, and security
Has been responsible for vulnerability management including patching, workstations, and network
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ManageEngine, specifically Patch Manager Plus
