Job Description
Setup and Installation
Install microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, recording equipment, and mixing consoles.
Ensure all equipment is connected and functioning properly before events.
Operation During Events
Monitor sound levels and video quality.
Adjust lighting, audio, and video feeds in real-time.
Support presenters or performers with technical needs.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Diagnose and fix issues with AV equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and updates.
Replace or repair faulty components.
Technical Support
Train users on how to operate AV systems.
Provide on-site or remote support for meetings or conferences.
Documentation and Inventory
Keep records of equipment usage and maintenance.
Manage inventory of AV gear and accessories.

Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge of AV systems and software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, OBS)
Familiarity with cabling, signal flow, and networking
Problem-solving and quick thinking under pressure
Good communication and customer service skills
