Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Night Shift Lab Technician for one of our clients: Brava Roof Tile, located in Washington, IA. This position requires availability Monday-Friday from 6pm-6am with some flexibility depending on business needs. This role will be responsible for conducting routine testing, preparing samples, maintaining equipment, and ensuring data integrity and safety compliance while supporting the lab's operational goals. Pay range: $49,000 to $56,160.

Required Skills & Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Basic understanding of laboratory safety protocols and chemical handling.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bilingual
- Professional lab experience
- Bachelors or associate in chemistry, biology, polymer or material science
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays on day shift(rotation)
