The Director of Security and Connectivity is responsible for leading our client's security and connectivity strategy, ensuring cybersecurity, compliance, and risk mitigation for both internal operations and client environments. This role drives the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with business objectives, oversees data security governance, and fosters innovation and efficiency in client solutions. Additionally, the Director is accountable for the growth and development of the Security and Connectivity (S&C) division and acting as our client's Security Administrator.
Target salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000

10+ years of experience in IT security and network connectivity.
5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in security, network, compliance, and risk management.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
Proficiency in network security, firewalls, encryption, and access management.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH.
