Job Description

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead positive change through project management, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies.

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements and works closely with plant personnel .
• Develop and execute improvement action plans.
• Facilitate continuous improvement practices that enhance employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools and measures to ensure project transparency.
• Assist in business case justification for projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate training and coaching on CI tools and disciplines.
• Work cross-functionally with plant departments utilizing effective communication skills.
• Apply project management methodologies to optimize resource utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and drive productivity improvements.
• Develop peer relationships with shop floor employees to gain understanding of production processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment (can be internship experience)
• Proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• 1 year of experience with continuous improvement
• Application knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and related CI tools
