Key Responsibilities of Role:
Manage all Mortgage technology application structure. Includes setting up new loan programs, new business channels, integration of core platforms (Encompass, MSP) into other applications and websites and delivery of data and documents to external investors or other parties.
Work with other Senior Managers and Staff to develop and set up and execute new initiatives for all areas of IBMC.
Define and manage projects at IBMC. Serves as liaison between IBMC and Iowa Bankers IT on all technological facets of the mortgage division
Identify and implement ideas to be more effective and efficient in all areas of IBMC. Leads, designs, tests and implements these ideas.
Set up and manage testing for all requested system and process changes
Supervises employees and makes decisions regarding tam discipline and performance evaluations
The expected pay range for the position will be between $120,000 and $150,000. Pay will be determined by years of experience and responsibilities taken on.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Certified Mortgage System Administrator (CMSA) certification is a significant plus
