We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and focus on building and automating model pipelines. This role is essential for enhancing the efficiency and automation of our data processes. You will work closely with data scientists and data engineers to provide the necessary machine learning expertise and support. We are targeting an hourly rate of $62/hr.

In this role, you will build, automate, and maintain data and model products. You will develop feature engineering and model training/inference logic and pipelines. Additionally, you will provide timely in-season information and agronomic decision support at various scales, utilizing geospatial weather and soil data. Collaboration with data scientists will be essential to integrate model outputs that assist in seed sales, recommending the best seed options for specific fields or regions. Furthermore, you will learn and utilize internal tools to enhance model performance and integration.
