In this role, you will facilitate the definition and development of user stories and project estimates with the product owner and SMEs to meet business needs. You will also facilitate business process mapping using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Mural, or MS Whiteboard, and wireframe using Lucidchart or Balsamiq. Ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are appropriately defined and documented is crucial, with experience in backlog management using JIRA or Azure DevOps. You will point the product backlog and refine stories every sprint with the team, create burn-up charts, project estimates, update timelines, and identify and communicate delays. Working with the Product Owner to prioritize stories every sprint, you will identify dependencies on other teams and collaborate to resolve issues quickly. Leading all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, backlog refinement, planning, pointing, sprint review/demo, retro, and sponsor check-ins, is part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will design, write, and execute test cases to meet acceptance criteria for new functionality, enhancements, and defect repairs, with experience writing SQL to query and validate test results in a database. We are targeting an hourly rate of $50/hr
