· Creating/maintaining documentation for applications, utilizing ticketing system to manage support tickets and document resolutions, troubleshooting applications, resolving data integrity problems, and looking for ways to improve the overall process at the seed filling facility.
· Working with internal applications
This position may require occasional on-call support on evenings during the busy filling season (December to June).

· Min. BSc degree in computer programming/in agriculture technology/in supply chain
· 3+ years of experience with Supporting processes & Applications
· Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence
· Experience querying SQL Databases - application support
· Ability to assist with the creation of data for testing purposes (end-to-end testing)
· Strong communication skills between the development team and the business
· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Advanced English Language skills
· Open to occasional travel
