Job Description
We are seeking a Data Integration Developer to modernize data-heavy Access databases and build scalable pipelines supporting reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
• Convert Access queries into optimized SQL transformations
• Design scalable data models and schemas
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines
Integration
• Integrate SAP, Excel, SharePoint, APIs
• Standardize and normalize data across sources
Performance & Optimization
• Optimize queries and data pipelines
• Ensure efficient handling of large datasets
Data Quality & Validation
• Implement validation frameworks
• Ensure consistency and reliability of data
Pay rate range can vary heavily on relevant experience $60 - $65/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 6–10 years data engineering experience
• Strong SQL and data modeling
• Experience building ETL pipelines
• Multi-source integration experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Databricks/Azure experience
• Power BI exposure
• SAP/API experience
