Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Engineer for a client in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will join the data analytics team, helping in support the entire data analytics platform. In this role you'll be in charge of data integration automations, support user requests & troubleshooting, building reports for data integration needs, building agents in AI, support and learn development patterns, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement data models to support reporting, analytics, and workflows, and design & develop data storage solutions.
Annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 and is dependent on experience and skill level.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
• 1-5 years of professional work experience developing & supporting enterprise solutions.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or other data visualization, specifically utilizing Power BI
• SQL
• Python for data integration and analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams, providing ideas and solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in Snowflake for Data Warehousing; or another relative data warehousing tool such as MySQL, Databricks, Redshift, etc.
