Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning and QA QC PM to support the data center with all close out functions of the project. This person will be the subject matter expert (“SME”) relating to commissioning of all electrical/power distribution systems within the Data Center. They will need to handle budgeting, timeline, scope, etc. to ensure that the data center is ready and online during the construction process. The daily tasks will include factory witness testing, site acceptance inspection, pre-functional testing, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing.

PR: $90-97/hr

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of commissioning experience
3+ years experience in management leading large teams (3rd party commissioning agents)
Experience with all 5 phases of commissioning
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
Strong leadership background to lead external general contractors, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and internal company operations teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines and can adapt and adjust scheduling, sequences of commissioning, and resources
Data center or mission critical experience
Budgets upwards of $1.5 billion
