Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the largest Insurance companies in the world. This individual will join the Strategic Planning Office team and be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather requirements, UAT testing, and QA for moving from Avaya to AWS Connect. Migration will include reskilling agents, migrating agents, and building new IVR development for chat features, call recordings, splitting calls, and connecting to existing Salesforce CRM. This individual will be compensated at an hourly rate starting at 50/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

- Gathering requirements with stakeholders
- UAT testing
- Experience working with AWS Connect tools and system including chat features, call recordings, splitting calls, connecting to existing CRM Salesforce (CTI Connect)
