Job Description
• Be present on assigned job sites every day to oversee construction activities
• Manage and lead field crews to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate daily work plans and maintain the construction schedule
• Keep projects moving by anticipating needs and ordering equipment and materials in advance
• Communicate regularly with project teams to report progress, issues, and upcoming needs
Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and compliance with project plans
for this position we are paying 85,000- 125,000 Annually.

Required Skills & Experience
• Valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil or infrastructure construction
• Strong civil construction background, including:
○ Concrete placement and finishing
○ Earthwork and excavation
○ Water treatment plant projects
○ Bridge construction
• Ability to understand and execute builds and scope of civil work
• Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Strong scheduling and jobsite coordination skills
• Working knowledge of SUDAS standards
• Ability to keep projects moving forward independently and proactively
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience delivering parks, splash pads, and recreational civil project.
