Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Tier 2/3 Desktop Support Specialist for a large convenience retail client in the Ankeny, IA area. This individual will be joining a team of 10 Desktop Support team members and interacting with users on a daily basis. This individual will be troubleshooting a variety of hardware problems including but not limited to monitor/screen malfunctions, application issues, as well as working machine imaging, software deployment, equipment set up, etc. This person will be expected to handle 6-10 tickets per day, working tickets end to end & owning the ticket through the entire process.

Pay rate for this position ranges between $25.00-$27.00 per hour as is dependent on experience and skills.

Experience working through a ticketing system, specifically any ITIL system
Microsoft Intune
SCCM
Breakfix
