Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to our internal clients/customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring their technology runs smoothly. You will be the face of our technical support team, delivering excellent customer service and technical solutions both in person and remotely for all onsite employees who are experiencing any technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or a combination of professional experience and certs equivalent
• Proven experience in a desktop support or similar technical support role
o MUST BE in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Prior experience with asset management and deployments
• Comptia A+ Certification
• Assist with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Audio Visual Support
