Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to our internal clients/customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring their technology runs smoothly. You will be the face of our technical support team, delivering excellent customer service and technical solutions in our pit box" and serve as a walk-up option for all onsite employees who are experiencing any technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree or a combination of professional experience and certs equivalent
o 1-3 years of professional experience is ideal
Proven experience in a desktop support or similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
