Job Description

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of digital planning initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Stand up and manage a distributed team of engineers, product, and contractors, providing direction and structure where needed
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks, while proactively removing blockers
• Act as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, including business, product, and engineering teams
• Lead offshore resources and contractors, providing accountability and day-to-day guidance
• Establish and maintain program governance (status reporting, KPIs, RAID logs, operating cadence)
• Support product ownership responsibilities as needed, including backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, and translating business requirements into actionable tasks
• Serve as a delegate for leadership, attending meetings, driving decisions, and ensuring forward progress in a complex, jargon-heavy environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product management within complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams (10+ initiatives preferred)
• Experience standing up and leading cross-functional teams, including offshore or contract resources
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments and create structure, direction, and prioritization
• Experience providing hands-on leadership beyond traditional Agile frameworks (teams are not fully self-managed)
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to drive alignment across business and technical teams
• Experience tracking delivery through scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies (RAID logs, reporting, governance)
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence, etc.) with flexibility to adapt as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting digital supply chain or planning platforms
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformations or organizational change initiatives
• Experience working in AI, data, or analytics-driven environments (ML, optimization, predictive modeling)
• Prior experience acting as a program lead/right-hand to senior leadership
• Background in environments where teams are being built and scaled quickly
