Product Owner – INTL India

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner who will own the product vision and delivery while also handling stakeholder management, end-to-end project management, and budgeting responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, proven delivery experience, and financial discipline.

Product Strategy & Delivery
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in line with business goals and customer needs.
• Create and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Work closely with UX, engineering, QA and other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (business leaders, sales, marketing, operations, customers).
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders through regular updates, demos, and governance forums.
• Negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and surface trade-offs clearly and proactively.
Project Management
• Plan and manage cross-functional projects to successful completion — define scope, milestones, roles, risks and dependencies.
• Track project progress, remove blockers, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and retrospective learnings.

Budgeting & Financial Management
• Own the product budget: forecast, track spend, and report variances.
• Make cost/benefit trade-off decisions and recommend investment priorities.

• Significant experience in product ownership or product management experience (or equivalent), with demonstrable delivery of digital products
• Experience managing projects and budgets
• Proven experience engaging and aligning multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence etc
• Understanding of UX

• Knowledge of data engineering, Databricks, Python
• Experience in Supply chain, planning or other logistic fields
