Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Lead for a leading industrial electrical client. This candidate will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow from storage to the field. They will lead a team of 8–10 personnel, manage inventory across Conex containers, coordinate delivery drivers, and create structured daily routing plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, and has strong communication and Excel skills to support real-time logistics and reporting.

Pay Rate: $40-45/hr, dependent on experience

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics environments
Experience leading or delegating to crews (8–10 employees)
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Experience auditing tools and tracking materials
Knowledge of Conex (C-can) / 40ft storage container operations
Experience coordinating delivery drivers and field operations
Ability to create and manage daily routes/schedules
Proficiency with Excel and basic computer systems
Strong communication skills (radio + team coordination)
Industrial electrical environment experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting industrial electrical projects
Background in construction logistics or field coordination
Prior experience with inventory systems or warehouse software
Experience managing high-volume material flow to job sites
