Job Description
Specialists track and provide path-to-green action plans for all open observations related to OFCI equipment, coordinate pre-equipment arrival site readiness verification, and maintain comprehensive weekly reporting to Construction Managers. This position requires the ability to coordinate inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment installations, support evaluation of equipment protection during construction, and facilitate validation of final installed products for commissioning readiness. They must be comfortable working in active construction environments and willing to travel regularly between multiple project sites within their assigned region.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Procore (scheduling software)
Must be able to coordinate the inspections of mechanical, electrical, & plumbing equipment installations
Must be comfortable working on construction sites and be willing to travel regularly between multiple project sites within their assigned region
Preferred candidates will have experience in construction project coordination, quality control processes, or commissioning environments
Candidates are required to have knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems installation and inspection processes. T
Must possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously in fast-paced construction environments, and a commitment to quality excellence and operational safety.
