Job Description

Day-to-Day
Insight Global is seeking to hire a QA/QC manager where you will ensure all systems and installations meet the required standards, codes, and client specifications. Youll review the days inspection schedule and coordination with site engineers and supervisors to plan quality checks. Youll conduct site inspections to verify that ongoing work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The QA/QC Manager checks installations for HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and fire protection, ensuring proper materials. Youll coordinate meetings with project managers, consultants, and contractors to discuss quality issues, progress, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves
· 5+ years of experience in QA/QC
· Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
· Proficiency in quality control tools, inspection techniques, and testing procedures
· Recent projects have been mission critical (Data centers, hospitals, military installations)
· Experience with documentation, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and method statements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
· Project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Familiarity with Procore software and QA/QC tracking systems is a plus.
