Job Description

Insight Global's client is family owned and operated business of self storage units. They are seeking an inside sales representative to sit full time onsite at their main call center in South Bend, IN.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead Conversion: Primary daily responsibilities include converting incoming sales calls into rented units, managing and following up on tenant inquiries and reservations, and helping prospective customers identify the storage solution that best meets their needs.

· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong rapport with customers.

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties as needed, including account research, maintenance task creation, inventory reconciliation, delinquent collection calls, and processing payments.

· Company Meetings: Participate in company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.

· Software Proficiency: Utilize management and office software effectively to streamline daily tasks and improve efficiency.

Hours:

· During Training: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

· After Training: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Weekend Requirements:

· Required to be on call for one weekend a month, which includes bringing the work laptop home and answering calls from home.

· Required to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

· If you’re on call the same weekend as your Saturday shift, your hours will be from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

· The week following an on-call weekend, you may take one unpaid day off.

· The week following a Saturday shift, you may take a half day or full day off, unpaid.

· These items do not stack

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5+ years of inside sales experience
- Sales driven – outgoing, bubbly, not afraid of rebuttals
- Outlook and MS Suite
- Strong multitasking skills
- Fully onsite and comfortable with the hours and weekend work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Outside sales experience
- Self storage, real estate, or auto rentals experience
- Industries/sales environments where they sell “packages”
- Any excel experience
