Owner's Representative Data Center PM

We are supporting a large-scale data center development program operating in a developer-led, end-to-end delivery model.

This role sits on the Owner’s Representative / Program Management side, acting as the bridge between the owner and external partners. You will help drive projects from early development through construction and delivery, ensuring everything stays on track.

Act as the owner’s representative across the full project lifecycle

Manage schedule, budget, and key milestones

Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and vendors

Track and resolve project risks, delays, and issues

Hold contractors and partners accountable to timelines and deliverables

Lead status updates and stakeholder communication

Support commissioning and project handover

5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, program management, or owner’s rep roles

Experience on large-scale projects (ideally $100M+)

Background in data centers environments

Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, scheduling, and cost control

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendors

Data center or hyperscale experience

Experience in a developer-led or owner-side environment

Exposure to critical systems (power, cooling, etc.)
