Job Description
• Ensuring the facilities are constructed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Verification of adherence to Contract Scope, drawings and Specification requirements
• Maintain a positive relationship with site owner, contractors and local agencies, looking out for DTE interests, while understanding the importance of Stakeholder Management.
• Review and update contractor’s daily report via Procore to track construction progress on site.
• Diligent and organized with site photos uploaded to Procore on a daily basis
• Review project documentation including technical specifications, calculations and drawings to ensure protection of owner’s position.
• Verifying construction progress for conformance to schedule and percentage complete based on field observations against contractor schedule updates.
• Support Document Control for any drawings, contracts, reports obtained on site.
• Act as DTEES representative with any Regulatory agencies that visit the site.
• Assist the DTE PM in Change Management.
• Must be able to utilize the Procore tool for project tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience
• Heavy hands-on experience working on Combined Heat and Power (CHP) projects
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Project)
