Job Description
Provide computer network defense engineering services to a DoD agency. Conceptualize, design, and build secure technical solutions, including applications, systems, architectures, and infrastructure that are operationally viable and efficient. Research and analyze emerging technologies and design and build architectures and solutions to enable secure implementation of new technologies. Provide Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) remediation, manage and track all work through an approved ticketing system, provide training to junior staff, and integrate and engineer technical Cyber solutions in support of policies, OPORDS, and TASKORDS, as needed. Support Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI) and Cybersecurity Inspections (CSI). Report compliance in accordance with approved methodologies and develop documentation supporting all activities, as required.

Required Skills & Experience
-4+ years of experience with systems engineering of information systems
-3+ years of experiencing with developing, deploying, and managing Cybersecurity solutions in a DoD environment
-Experience with Cybersecurity tools
-Experience with log review and analysis
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED required
-CISSP Certification or equivalent, including DoD 8570 IA Baseline IAT III
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Cybersecurity forensics tools and methodologies
-Experience with network ports and protocols and IDS/IPS
-Knowledge of current and emerging security technologies
-Possession of excellent analytical and collaboration skills
-Experience managing firewall and web-proxy systems
