Job Description
Day to day:
· Lead and manage company-wide accident prevention initiatives.
· Develop and deliver safety training programs and orientations.
· Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
· Implement and monitor safety programs aligned with company standards.
· Support field teams in creating and reviewing Job Hazard Analyses.
· Facilitate incident investigations and corrective action plans.
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and recognition for safety behaviors.
· Participate in regulatory inspections and ensure compliance.
· Collaborate with project leadership to improve safety performance.
*Current Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, occasional mandatory Saturdays (currently on mandatory Saturdays).

Required Skills & Experience
Must haves:
· HS diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
· Minimum 3 years in construction safety experience
· OSHA 30 Construction required.
· STS-C or above required within 90 days of employment.
· Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
