Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join one of our clients in Jeffersonville, IN.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and/or commission calculations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various accounting tasks and ensure accuracy in financial records. You will manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.

Pay/Compensation: up to $30/hr. (based on experience) + benefits

Required Skills & Experience

1 + years of Accounting/Bookkeeping/Payroll experience
o Clearing accounts/Reconciliations/Wire Transfers (Reconcile balance sheets to ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate)
o Generate and run detailed financial reports /General ledger entries
o Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and intercompany transactions
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables experience
