Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a leading electric utility serving Indiana and Ohio. This is a highly visible role that operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, helping guide the organization's digital transformation across platforms including SAP, cloud technologies, GIS, outage management systems, and other critical utility applications.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate challenges, define solutions, and establish a strategic roadmap for enterprise systems. Unlike a traditional architect role that focuses solely on strategy, this position requires a hands-on leader who can dive into technical details, influence solution design, and help drive implementation efforts through to successful outcomes.
This individual will play a key role in assessing emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring technology investments align with long-term business objectives. Success in this role requires both the ability to think strategically about the future-state architecture and the willingness to work alongside delivery teams to make that vision a reality.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
