An Insight Global customer is hiring immediately for a Systems Engineer. These individuals will work closely with marketing and customers to define requirements for HVAC systems. They will execute the role of a systems engineer in the product development processes and work closely with hardware, firmware, software, validation/reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams. With these being lead roles they will also make decisions on tradeoffs in product design between hardware and firmware/software. A highly important piece to the role will be to capture requirements, write specifications, define test plans for system verification and validation.

- Background in embedded product engineering of some kind. HW / SW / ME / etc.
- Requirements Management / Requirements Engineering.
- Experience with developing requirements utilize a requirements management tool such as Doors / Polarion / Jamma / other.
