Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager in support of one of our large HVAC customers. They are a subcontractor and are supporting a large pharmaceutical customer who has a big presence around Indiana. This project manager will go onsite to this customer and manage and drive various HVAC projects to completion in all different stages for new construction and retrofit projects. Prior HVAC experience is not required. The ideal candidate will come from a construction project management background supporting a subcontractor. This person will manage various site superintendent schedules as well as various mechanical and electrical subcontractors.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience using a scheduling tool to stay organized on projects

-Experience in the construction industry driving various sized projects

-Experience driving projects to completion and able to speak on how they get this done.

-Experience working in support of a general contractor and overseeing subcontractors and/or site superintendents within some capacity.
