Job Description

The Product Manager oversees product planning and execution across the lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
Defining requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Prioritizing features to meet objectives and partnering with development for quality solutions.
Driving product vision, roadmap alignment, and successful launch/adoption.
Establishing success metrics and understanding market value.
Collaborating cross-functionally with product management, business development, client services, operations, quality/regulatory, and marketing teams.
Translating complex concepts into actionable requirements and ensuring our client leads in clinical asset management.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills & Experience
5+ years in Finance, Product Marketing, Strategy, Development, or Management.
Preferred: Pragmatic Marketing Certification; experience in software/informatics/medical devices.
Strong communication, project management, and ability to translate complex concepts.
Agile methodology knowledge; comfort in matrixed environments; proven leadership
