Job Description

Insight Global is seeking highly motivated Principal Mechanical Engineer to join one of our large customers in Indiana. The Principal Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to deliver end to end results. This will include design, integration, and testing mechanical solutions for our client. This role will be a mix of leadership and hands on support. Overall the Principal Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for creating execution plans and ensuring those plans are executed. This role will include some travel.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years mechanical design experience
Leadership/mentorship experience
Bachelors Degree or higher in STEM
Background in DOD or Aerospace
Experience leading technical projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
System Integration experience or integration onto a vehicle
PMP Certification
