Job Description

The role focuses on leading IT Service Management and operations by planning, executing, and overseeing technology projects while ensuring compliance with established processes and best practices. It requires strong expertise in ITSM frameworks, particularly ITIL, along with proven experience in implementing and improving ITSM processes in mid-to-large organizations. Candidates should demonstrate advanced technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data, develop metrics, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. A college degree, significant IT experience, and the ability to travel and provide on-call support are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations leadership roles

- Bachelors degree

- Demonstrated success in implementing, governing, and improving ITSM processes in mid-to-large organizations

- Proven ability to develop and communicate metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting

- Excellent facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification (advanced ITIL certifications preferred)
