- Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety
- Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications

- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support - 10+ years of experience if coming from residential HVAC support
- Strong understanding of blueprints and TAB reports
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering - HVAC/mechanical preferred
- GMP/Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Load calculation experience for HVAC sizing and design
