Job Description

A client is seeking a Family Advocate to support youth and families with Case Management services in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Family Advocate will manage a caseload of 40-60 by conducting intakes of new youth/families, assisting with program enrollment, completing assessments, making referrals and connections to community resources, goal setting and follow up, and participating in program recruitment.

Salary: $46,000

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice or other human services related field.
2+ year of progressive case management experience.
Experience supporting both youth and families
Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources in the Indianapolis area.
Valid drivers license and personal vehicle
