We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Maintenance Technician to support a few corporate customers in the Keystone/Carmel area in Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service to a variety of customers. Will report directly into the Chief Engineer.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from customers.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Travel between customer sites as needed although rare (*mileage reimbursement provided if necessary*).
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions.
