Job Description

Our client is looking for an Events Marketing Specialist to support them with coordinating conferences and various events for the organization. Main responsibilities include: developing marketing content/art, reviewing conference logistics, preparing & doing outreach for conferences/events, helping manage the travel program, spending the managed budget accordingly, handling all vendor communication, doing research, conducting post-event outreach, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years as an event coordinator/specialist for B2B companies

Experience working with vendors, scheduling travel, developing marketing artwork
Exceptional preparation, outreach, time management, and networking skills
CRM knowledge
Hubspot, Salesforce, Figma, etc.
Ability to travel once/quarter
