Job Description

These DOD Mission Systems Architects will support DOD mission systems and provide ambiguous guidance from the conceptual design phase to product completion. Main responsibilities include: gathering requirements from DOD requirements officers to develop solutions to ensure optimal success of various missions, driving technical and business development to shape and respond to RFIs/RFPs, leading multi-discipline engineering teams, and integrating all aspects of our client.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in systems, software, or hardware engineering
Multi-discipline engineering background
Proficiency with DOD acquisitions
DOD requirements
DOD platforms, weapons, avionics, tactical systems
Experience with capture management
Creating/reviewing RFPs, SOWs, tech volumes, & proposals
Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with stakeholders
DOD active clearance
Bachelors Degree or above in a STEM related field
Comfortable with 50% travel
