Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer software installation and hardware problems of moderate complexity
Operate within the Remedy ticketing system
Will be the sole desktop support analyst to start at the South Portland location, but will build the team out moving forward
Installs a wide variety of computer hardware equipment and identifies when software licensing needs to be obtained and installs software of moderate complexity
Recommends standard software that will meet customer needs and assists the Software Deployment team in troubleshooting instances when packages cannot be deployed as part of large scale software deliveries
Troubleshoots and repairs computer software problems of moderate complexity which may involve a removal/reinstall of the application or system registry/file changes to fix the incident using more advanced diagnostic tools
3-4 years of experience with PC hardware and operating system software
Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting and software installation
Minimum of an associate's degree/technical school degree
