Job Description
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Construction PM to join a growing team and make a difference. A typical day involves steering the full project lifecycle—from early preconstruction planning through closeout—on aviation, municipal, or federal jobs ranging from $5M to over $100M. You’ll update and manage the project schedule in P6 or MS Project, track budgets, monitor cost trends, and address any variances before they escalate. Much of the day is spent coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owner representatives to keep scope, quality, and timelines aligned. You’ll review and negotiate contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals while managing procurement and long‑lead items to keep the job moving. Regular site walks ensure safety, quality, and progress are on track, and weekly OAC meetings anchor communication with clear, actionable documentation. Throughout the week, you’ll maintain accurate reporting for stakeholders and support the estimating team with takeoffs, bid reviews, and early budgeting for upcoming pursuits.
