Job Description
An employer is seeking a Controller to join a growing organization and serve as a strategic financial leader. This individual will be responsible not only for the integrity of financial reporting, but also for driving margin expansion, improving operational discipline, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
The Controller will translate financial data into actionable insights that impact pricing strategy, productivity, capital allocation, and overall cash flow performance. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to challenge assumptions, strengthen accountability, and ensure business strategies deliver measurable financial results.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including ownership of full financial statements
Hands-on experience in cost accounting and margin analysis
Experience working within a Manufacturing environment
Thought leadership in establishing financial processes, models, budgets, and forecasts
Experience with GAAP compliance financials
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with any ERP implementation
Experience with acquisitions
